What You'll Do
* Own breakdowns and get lines back up - quickly and safely
* Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, automation, PLC, pneumatic, and instrumentation faults
* Deliver planned & predictive maintenance that prevents downtime
* Support machinery changeovers, tweaks, and improvements
* Drive continuous improvement projects that improve reliability and efficiency
* Mentor colleagues and build technical capability across the team
What We're Looking For
* Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3/4 or equivalent)
* Electrical bias with strong mechanical know-how
* Fault-finding experience across PLCs, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and sensors
* FMCG / high-volume food experience desirable but not essential
* Problem solver, confident on your own and in a team
