Accept Recruitment is currently recruiting for a MHE Instructor / Warehouse Operative on a Perm basis for our client based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch (LE65). As a MHE Trainer / warehouse operative you will oversee and own all forms of MHE training, including novice, refresher and familiarisation training as well as receive and safely store inward products and to pick and dispatch outward products. Other associated warehouse duties as required.
Also ensuring that hygiene, quality levels are met.Job Details:Shift: 10am to 6pm, with the flex to rotate across a 24-hour period for training requirementsSalary : from £29,594.67 (negotiable)Key Responsibilities:Oversee & own all forms of MHE training, including novice, refresher and familiarisation trainingTo safeguard customers products creating an environment that ensures customers can rely upon safe storage and timely dispatch of raw and finished goods placed in our care.To always work in a way that safeguards both your personal safety and the safety of all who work in the warehouse.Accurate completion of all paperwork required to run the contracts with our customers to their complete satisfaction.Unpackaging and packaging of customers products.Storage and dispatch of raw and finished products.Other tasks in support of the warehouse operation as directed/requested.Responsible for highlighting any potential quality issues, including hygiene and damage issues to your Manager.Completion of necessary process control and quality documented records, in a timely manner (QC Checks).Requirements:Require an ITSAR or RTiTB certificate for instructing on MHE. The certificate must have a minimum of 10 days training and cover counterbalance, PPT and Flexi pivot steer MHE.The ability to safely operate warehouse equipment including pallet trucks and forklift vehiclesThe possession of a forklift drivers licence or the ability to pass a test for the licence after suitable training.Basic PC literacy and the ability to use the systems applicable to the warehouse or the capability to use them after suitable training.Knowledge of the safe systems of work specified for the warehouse and of the H&S policies/procedures that apply to the company premises and its operations.Ability to work in a small team and with minimal supervision to consistently produce results that hit the targets agreed with our customers or set by the company.Good numeracy and literacy skillsTo understand the need for, and always use, the Safety equipment provided.Willingness to participate in other development and training opportunities.Benefits:PermanentFree parkingModern, well-equipped canteen and facilitiesFlexible working hours - work around your own scheduleTo Apply:If you're interested in this role and meet the above criteria, please apply today with your CV or contact our team for more information.Please note: We may close this vacancy early if we receive a high volume of suitable applications.
