Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Specification Sales Manager to join their team and drive project specifications across the UK.

Specification Sales Manager - The Details
* Basic salary up to £65,000
* Lucrative bonus structure based on performance (OTE £85,000)

Specification Sales Manager - Requirements
* Proven track record in specification sales within the construction or roofing sector (building envelope, waterproofing, or related products)
* A strong network of Architects, Specifiers, Surveyors, and Contractors
* Confident in managing the full sales cycle from specification through to project delivery
* Excellent technical understanding of building systems and regulations
* A proactive, results-driven professional with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
Specification Sales Manager - Responsibilities
* Drive and secure product specifications through architectural and design practices
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Main Contractors, Developers, and Surveyors
* Work closely with internal technical and commercial teams to deliver outstanding project support
* Manage pipeline opportunities and ensure projects are tracked through to completion
* Achieve and exceed sales and growth targets within your region
