My client is a large manufacturing company based in Leicester. They are currently searching for an experienced Panel Wirer to join their team. Commutable from areas including Leicester, Beaumont Leys, Wigston, Hinckley and surrounding areas
The Role - Panel Wirer
1. Reading wiring diagrams and following assembly instructions
2. Installation of Switchgears
3. Wiring components in the control panel and labelling correctly when required
4. Ensuring all work meets the required specification and safety standards
5. Identifying and rectifying writing errors
Minimum Skills / Experience Required - Panel Wirer
6. Experience in panel wiring
7. Experience in panel building
8. Confident in using hand tools appropriate to the role
9. Ability to read and follow wiring diagrams
10. Awareness of health and safety legislation
11. Highly Motivated
The Package - Panel Wirer
12. Starting rate of £16 per hour
13. Progression available within this position to travel and complete site work, completing installations, and interacting with customers.
14. Overtime available
