Sales & Marketing Manager (Group Role) Loch Rannoch Hotel, Spa & Estate + Dunalastair Hotel Suites + Kinloch Rannoch Country Store
Full-time, Permanent (40 hours/week) From £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Role type: Hands-on, standalone position (no direct reports)
Loch Rannoch Collection is a growing Highland hospitality group including Loch Rannoch Hotel, Spa & Estate (a lochside resort set across 250 acres with spa, dining and adventure experiences), Dunalastair Hotel Suites (stylish suites in the heart of Kinloch Rannoch), and the Kinloch Rannoch Country Store (serving residents and visitors, including pre-orders for lodge guests). Were looking for a commercially minded, hands-on Sales & Marketing Manager to lead leisure-focused sales and marketing across the groupdriving bookings, strengthening brand presence, and supporting revenue growth across all three businesses.
This is a solo role with strong cross-functional collaboration, liaising closely with our Revenue Manager, Reservations Manager, both General Managers, the Country Store leadership, and our PR company.
Key responsibilities Sales (FIT/leisure groups & contracting) Manage inbound group enquiries for the hotels from initial request through to confirmation and handover.
Proactively generate new leisure group business and build repeat relationships.
Prepare, negotiate and manage contracts, including rates, allocations, terms and conditions.
Maintain an organised pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and follow-up.
Marketing, PR & social (hands-on delivery) Build and execute a seasonal marketing plan across the hotels and the Country Store, aligned with revenue needs.
Coordinate with the PR company : provide content, approve messaging, and ensure activity supports commercial goals.
Own organic social media planning and posting; create content calendars and deliver consistently across the group.
Support paid activity/boosting where relevant and ensure performance is measured and improved.
Maintain brand consistency across channels and collateral; contribute to website/listing updates as required.
Country Store growth support Develop local and visitor-facing campaigns to increase footfall and basket size (seasonal promotions, stay & shop tie-ins, local partnerships).
Create simple cross-sell journeys between businesses.
Ensure the Country Store is represented accurately and attractively across social media channels.
Commercial collaboration & reporting Work closely with Revenue and Reservations on packages, offers, and channel performance .
Use PMS/CRM insight to target campaigns and improve conversion (knowledge of HOP PMS is highly desirable).
Provide clear weekly/monthly reporting on activity, results, and next actions across the group.
On-property presence This is an on-site role (mostly Monday to Friday) without accommodation. O ccasional presence may be required for key events or high-impact periods where sales/marketing support adds value.
What were looking for Proven experience in hospitality sales and marketing (hotel, resort, travel/leisure); multi-site experience is a plus.
Strong group contracting and negotiation experience.
Solid capability across marketing/PR/social media, with a genuine hands-on approach.
Understanding of design software (e.g., Adobe/Canva or similar) and an eye for quality.
Comfortable working with PMS and CRM systems (HOP ideal).
Highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple stakeholders.
Salary From £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
