Life Insurance Lead Generation Specialist – Remote Working – WEEKLY PAY!
COMMISSION ONLY, but with the potential to EARN BIG!
What do you need?
* A working PC/Laptop (Ideally Windows or Mac – Not Chromebook)

Location: Work from the comfort of your own home – an excellent remote opportunity!
Training provided | Part-time & Full-time roles available
The Perks:
* This role is commission-only – the more hotkeys you generate, the more you earn!
* Earn £30-£35 per hotkey generated!
Wage & Bonus Structure:
* Hit 20 hotkeys per week (just 4 a day) = £600/week guaranteed.
* Hotkeys converting at 40%+ to sales? You'll take home £700 for the week!
* Achieve 20 hotkeys in a single week, and your rate increases to £35-£40 per lead for the rest of that week!
Hotkey Price Per Conversion to Sale:
* Conversions under 40%: £30.00 per hotkey
* Conversions over 40%: £35.00 per hotkey
* Once you generate 20 hotkeys in a week, your rate increases to £35-£40 per hotkey for the remainder of that week!
Your Day-to-Day:
* Dial 175 calls per day and engage with customers.
* Maintain a minimum average call time of 60 seconds.
* Only generate hotkeys from qualified leads (those certain about their policy and without serious medical conditions).
Performance Standards:
* If you miss your targets, you'll receive up to three warnings before termination. This is because it costs us money to have you dialing on our server, and generating no leads results in financial losses for the company.
* Consistently generate 8+ hotkeys per week to maintain your position.

Working Hours:
* Monday - Friday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
* Fridays? Finish early around 3 pm.
