Are you passionate about supporting young children in their early years of education?
A welcoming primary school in Northamptonshire is seeking a nurturing and reliable EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team as soon as possible.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with young children and is committed to supporting their learning and development in a caring, structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the class teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum
* Work with small groups and individual pupils to support learning
* Help create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment
* Assist with observations, assessments, and day-to-day classroom tasks
* Encourage positive behaviour and social development
Requirements:
* Experience working in an EYFS or primary setting (school or nursery)
* A relevant childcare or TA qualification is desirable (e.g., Level 2 or 3)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
