What you'll be doing as Solar PV and Renewables Project Manager?
The position requires working from both their Warrington office, as well as on site in various locations throughout England. The role will be to manage and deliver a variety of domestic Solar PV and other Renewable works on our Social housing contracts. These contracts are in the North West as well as various locations throughout England including the North East, the Midlands and the South East.
Main roles and responsibilities:
: Responsible for the project management of a number of Solar PV and other Renewable projects in various locations; reporting in to our Operations Manager.
: Liaise with and organise supervisors and operatives.
: Manage and control all areas of material stock control, quality, procurement, operational delivery, and to also have a level of commercial awareness to ensure that sales and profit targets are met.
: Check all paperwork including certificates and invoices.
: Liaise with clients and attend all relevant meetings.
: Check and insist that all Health and Safety requirements are carried out and operatives are issued and adhere to all risk assessments and method statements; and required P.P.E is worn on site.
: Allocate work and ensure completion in accordance with the designated schedule.
: Problem:solve when issues arise on site.
We're looking for a Solar PV and Renewables Project Manager with:
: Full UK driving licence.
: Previous experience as an Electrician
: Experience in Project Management
: Solar PV installation experience.
: SMSTS (preferred).
: Comprehensive understanding of electrical installations, testing and inspection.
: City and Guilds 2391 inspection and testing (preferred).
: 18th Edition (preferred).
