Desirable Skills and Experience: Good knowledge of Microsoft Products. Experience of using ticketing systems and meeting SLAs. The ability to manage your workload and prioritise issues. Be comfortable answering telephone calls from staff. Be able to explain technical details to non-technical staff. Setting up and configuring new laptops/ desktops/mobile phones/phones. Organizing couriers to bring in and send out equipment to field based staff. Accurately update the asset register. Good general IT problem solving skills. Able to pick up 3rd party softwares that support the business. Ensure issue fully investigated before escalating if necessary.
