About the Role
As one of our Therapists, you’ll provide a wide range of treatments, including massage, facials, scrubs, nail services, and more. You’ll play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, combining technical skill with warm, welcoming service.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified beauty therapist with proven experience in spa or beauty salon settings
* Skilled in a range of services in spa and beauty
* A genuine love for hospitality and guest care
* Strong communication and upselling abilities
* Works well as part of a team
* (Bonus) Previous experience in hospitality or high-end guest services
Key Responsibilities: All training in the ranges we use will be provided.
* Deliver high-quality beauty and wellness treatments, including:
* Massages
* Facials
* Nail treatment
* Ensure clients feel relaxed, cared for, and completely satisfied
* Understand client needs through consultation and tailor treatments accordingly
* Upsell relevant treatments and products where appropriate
* Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting treatment space
* Support front-of-house operations as needed
