Are you an experienced Senior Analytical Chemist / Senior QC Analyst or QC Team Leader looking to take the next step in your career? Due to an internal promotion, our Chemical industry client is offering a fantastic opportunity to progress into a QC Manager.
You will be expected to run a team of 3 QC Analysts while ensuring all final products are made to specification. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with the new R&D team and provide assistance to a newly acquired sister company.
What we're looking for:
1. Experience in training and/or mentoring new or existing members of staff.
2. A minimum of a BSc in a Chemistry related field.
3. Essential experience in HPLC and GC techniques.
4. A passion for driving quality and ensuring regulatory compliance.
5. Leadership potential and a desire to step into a managerial position.
