Position Overview
We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee a government-wide Category Management initiative for GSA and OMB. The PM will lead cross-agency collaboration, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence. The role involves working with GSA and OMB leadership to set priorities and translate them into operational plans, balancing agency perspectives with government-wide goals.

$162,000 – $196,000

Responsibilities
* Manage all contract activities ensuring compliance with PWS requirements.
* Oversee task management, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
* Develop and implement category management strategies across federal agencies.
* Coordinate between GSA leadership, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
* Ensure adherence to federal policies and data governance standards.
* Lead a team of approximately 20 staff members.
Required Qualifications
* BA/BS in data science, computer science, statistics, or related field.
* 5+ years experience with government-wide data systems, data analytics, or business intelligence.
* Proficiency in SQL, mySQL, Oracle, Python, R, Tableau, PySpark, PostgresSQL.
* Experience analyzing government procurement and spend data.
* Knowledge of cloud IT solutions, infrastructure, security auditing.
* Minimum 5 years working with GSA and OMB category management executives.
