We are looking to add an enthusiastic and motivated individual into our operations team. You will be working within our back office to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of a consultancy office.
You will support back office, consultants, and leadership by managing office systems, people processes, and logistics while acting as the central coordination point for office, facilities, and administrative functions.
No two days will be the same.
You’ll always be on the go.
And, you’ll have a lot of fun doing it.
Principal duties and responsibilities
* Oversee daily office operations
* Manage office supplies, vendors, facilities, and equipment
* Coordinate office moves, fit outs, and health & safety compliance
* Maintain policies, procedures, and office documentation
* Coordinate travel and accommodation
* Act as first point of contact for office related queries
* Liaise with finance/accounting teams or external providers
* Administer internal systems (e.g. Microsoft 365, CRM)
* Coordinate IT setup for new starters (laptops, access, tools)
* Liaise with external IT support teams
* Ensure data security and access controls are followed
* Manage relationships with landlords, suppliers, and service providers
* Coordinate with leadership, consultants, and external partners
* Support client-facing logistics where required

Essential
Proven experience as an Office Manager or Operations Manager (ideally in tech or professional services)
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and process improvement mindset
Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, consultancy environment
Technical
* Proficient in office productivity tools (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace)
* Familiarity with HR and onboarding systems
Desirable
Experience in a technology consultancy or professional services firm
Knowledge of employment compliance and health & safety requirements
Experience supporting hybrid or distributed teams

Renumeration
Base Salary up to £38,00 (based upon experience)
