Primary Care Navigator - Poole | £12.90ph-Full & Part-Time Hours A busy GP network in Poole is seeking a friendly and organised Primary Care Navigator to join their team. You will be the first point of contact for patients, triaging queries, directing them to the right healthcare services, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.
