Mid-Senior Designer We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Mid-Senior Designer to join our growing creative team. This role is ideal for a designer with a refined eye and a strong portfolio who’s ready to take on more ownership of client projects within the ecommerce space. Combining strategic thinking with stunning execution, you will deliver best-in-class experiences for some of the world’s most exciting luxury brands. You’ll work primarily across Shopify websites, contributing to the visual direction and design outputs. Key Responsibilities Working alongside the Senior Designer and Creative Director, you will design pixel perfect ecommerce websites and digital experiences for our wide-reaching client base Create wireframes, UI components, and responsive layouts for desktop and mobile Collaborate closely with senior designers, developers, project and account managers to bring designs to life Translate client goals, user insights, and brand strategy into sophisticated, elevated user-centric design solutions Present design concepts clearly to internal teams and occasionally to clients Stay ahead and informed of trends in digital design, luxury branding and marketing, ecommerce, and UX Role Requirements 3–5 years of experience in digital or UI design, preferably within an agency or studio environment A portfolio showcasing relevant experience that demonstrates a strong sense of visual design, layout, and attention to detail with examples of luxury brand experience A refined aesthetic sensibility with attention to detail in typography, colour, composition, and motion Experience designing for ecommerce (Shopify experience is a major plus) Figma proficiency - confident and efficient in Figma, using it as your primary design and prototyping tool across all project phases with strong capabilities in: Designing responsive layouts and UI systems Designing interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows, functionality, and micro-interactions for client demos and direction for development post sign-off Maintaining organized files, components, and shared libraries Collaborating within Figma with other designers and developers for smooth handoffs Good understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and design for conversion Strong communication skills and the ability to take and apply feedback constructively An interest in luxury branding, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle aesthetics Good communication and presentation skills Nice to Have Experience working with or designing within Shopify familiarity with basic front-end capabilities (HTML/CSS) Motion design, content design, or branding experience Why Join Us?
