Overview
DS Smith is hiring in Birmingham, England, United Kingdom for an Account Manager role within our Retail Marketing division, the UK's leading 3D POS business. We partner with top brands to create impactful in-store materials and deliver award-winning POS by leveraging our manufacturing capabilities, from paper mills to print presses and recycling plants.
Responsibilities
* Own end-to-end management of 3D POS and FSDU campaigns, from design brief to delivery.
* Take client design briefs and translate them into actionable instructions for our in-house creative and production teams.
* Manage multiple projects with critical paths to meet deadlines; act as the main point of contact for clients while building strong relationships with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure seamless delivery.
* Coordinate the end-to-end briefing and administration, including issuing internal briefs and obtaining all necessary project documentation and purchase orders.
* Proactively handle client requests and change requests to minimise impact on costs and timelines.
About You / Qualifications
* Experience in POS and/or FSDU account management in an FMCG environment.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at pace and to strict deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a natural ability to build strong, trusting relationships with clients and internal teams.
* Meticulous attention to detail to ensure project documentation is accurate and work is delivered to a high standard.
* Good understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams.
Location
This is a full-time, home-based role with travel to our customers (West London) and our Operations site (Ely) as required.
