Our Client is offering the successful Bodyshop Controller On Target Earnings of£42000.
The hours of work for this role areMonday To Friday 8am - 5pm / 1 In 3 Saturday Mornings 8am - 12pm.

* Looking After A Team Of 12 Bodyshop Productives & Reporting To Bodyshop Manager
Specification:
* Have experience as a Bodyshop Controller within an Accident Repair Centre
* Have a strong knowledge of the workings of an Automotive Bodyshop
* Leadership Qualities and Supervisory Skills
* An up-to-date technical knowledge and skills
* Strong Communication skills with the ability to understand customer expectations
Responsibilities:
* Liaise with Centre Manager and productive team to ensure best process.
* Ensure customer requirements are fully understood and communicated in an effective manner to other members of the team.
* Monitor individual and workshop efficiencies to ensure key performance indicators are met.
* To calculate and manage the effective use of the bodyshop.
* Plan the distribution of work among the team utilising available skills mix.
* Monitor the quality of work carried out on accident damaged vehicles and ensure work is carried out to a high standard.
* Identify individual training and development needs.
