Position
Permanent, Full‑time Sales Coordinator
Location & Working Hours
Rugby – fully office based (own transport required). Monday to Friday 9am‑5pm with a paid hour break.
Salary
£28,000 pa.
Key Responsibilities
* Order management overseeing the ordering process from receipt to delivery, ensuring a high-quality service and detailed administration
* Collaborating with internal teams, as well as keeping customers updated with order-related queries, delivery delays etc.
* Sales support – working closely with Area Sales Managers to ensure timely follow-ups and pricing
* Proactive customer engagement liaising with existing and potential customers to gather forecasts and requirements, handling pricing for small orders and arranging sample requests
* Customer service setting up new accounts, dealing with complaint resolution and general enquiry management
Skills & Qualities
* Experience in an office based administrative/ customer service / coordination role
* Proficiency in IT systems with an ability to pick up new systems
* A keen eye for detail and proactive nature
* A positive, can-do attitude with a real care and pride for work
* Strong written and spoken English
* Own transport due to the location of the office
