Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a new employee in the Sales - Marketing - Account Management sector.

What a typical day looks like:

1. Estimating all types of Low Voltage Switchgear enquiries;
2. Managing enquiries and meeting deadlines;
3. Liaising with clients over the phone to expand our customer base;
4. Building & maintaining effective working relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties;
5. Promoting all Anord Mardix products/services, expanding our customer base, and improving product design and client liaison as required;
6. Assisting with sales administrative tasks;
7. Supporting other departments to efficiently manage projects and maximize profits;
8. Carrying out routine follow-ups with clients;
9. Collaborating with external sales team members to secure new orders and win new customers.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

1. Sector-specific experience is beneficial, but training will be provided;
2. Excellent customer service skills, with high numeracy and literacy;
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel);
4. Ability to make decisions and valuations related to budget costs from limited information;
5. Good time management skills to meet deadlines;
6. Attention to detail, self-organization, and teamwork skills;
7. Problem-solving skills, data collection, and analytical abilities;
8. Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
