Gallagher’s Llantrisant Office is seeking an experienced Corporate Account Handler to join their established and growing corporate team. As a Corporate Account Handler, you will provide quality service to clients, optimize retention, and support growth initiatives. This role is within Gallagher's Retail Broking Division, which offers tailored business insurance, risk management, and risk transfer solutions for large enterprises and multinationals. Reporting to the Commercial Broking Team Leader, you will collaborate with experienced Account Executives to deliver outstanding customer service. Candidates based in Llantrisant or Bristol are welcome, with a hybrid working arrangement.
How you'll make an impact
* Create documents for new customers, mid-term adjustments, and renewals.
* Ensure customer details are accurately recorded and entered promptly to maintain data integrity.
* Obtain renewal terms, exploring options to offer the best solutions.
* Prepare renewal documents from meeting minutes and ensure cover is bound by renewal date.
* Manage insurer and customer queries regarding policies.
* Confirm cover, process policies, and follow up on outstanding documentation.
* Handle account queries and credit control concerns.
* Apply legal and regulatory policies related to internal procedures and insurance contracts.
About You
* Previous experience as an Account Handler in the commercial insurance market.
* Knowledge of Property, Casualty, Professional Indemnity, D&O, Motor Trade/Fleet insurance lines.
* Experience handling corporate clients is advantageous.
* Customer-centric approach, focused on optimal outcomes.
* Working towards or holding Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications (Cert CII, Dip CII, ACII) is a plus.
* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, with intermediate industry knowledge.
* Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, proactive, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in MS Office; Acturis experience is beneficial.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
