Marketing Director for large Entertainment Venue, UAE : Theatre Marketing Experience Preferred

Position Summary
The Marketing Director will “drive customers into seats “ brand awareness, audience engagement, with integrated marketing strategies that resonate with diverse audiences and meet business performance goals. This role is instrumental in crafting the voice and visual identity of the show across all platforms, ensuring our story connects powerfully with fans and new audiences alike.
This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership position requiring close collaboration with Sales, Revenue, Show Production, and other cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced entertainment environment and possesses a strong background in location-based entertainment or lifestyle brands.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership:
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and drive ticket sales, guest loyalty, and brand equity.
* Campaign Management:
* Plan, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns across digital, social, traditional media, PR, and on-site activations.
* Brand Stewardship:
* Ensure consistent storytelling, messaging, and branding across all channels and touchpoints.
* Collaboration:
* Partner with internal departments including Sales, Revenue Management, and Show Production to coordinate and amplify marketing efforts.
* Analytics & Reporting:
* Track performance metrics, analyze audience data, and report on ROI to continuously refine campaigns and strategies.
* Team Leadership:
* Lead and inspire a small marketing team, agencies, and vendors to deliver exceptional work on time and within budget.
* Innovation:
* Stay abreast of entertainment, digital, and cultural trends to introduce fresh ideas that keep the brand relevant and exciting.
Qualifications
* Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience:
* Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in strategic marketing, preferably within location-based entertainment, live events, or lifestyle industries.
* Skills & Attributes:
* Proven success in developing and executing marketing plans that drive revenue and brand visibility.
* Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
* Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
