Job Description
* Oversee all financial operations within the company.
* Develop and implement financial strategies and budgeting plans.
* Conduct regular financial analysis and produce financial reports.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
* Manage the Accounting & Finance department team.
* Actively participate in strategic decision making.
* Finical Modelling & reporting
* Collaborate with other departments to align financial plans.
* Implement cost reduction strategies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
* Experience within the property and/or Construction industry
* Proven experience in a finance management role.
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations and procedures.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
* A professional qualification such as Cima/ACCA is desirable.
