You're an experienced people manager; you are creative and resourceful and can use this to generate customer, donor and colleague loyalty. You will need to be well organised with great communication skills to lead your team in store to maximise sales and profit and meet your store's targets.

Responsibilities
* Lead and develop in-store teams to maximise sales and profit and meet store targets.
* Maintain the highest standards of presentation and customer service to create a best-in-town store experience for customers and colleagues.
* Contribute to a positive, efficient working environment and ensure safeguarding considerations are observed in recruitment and operations.

* Experienced people manager with strong leadership, creativity and resourcefulness to build loyalty among customers, donors and colleagues.
* Well organised with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to read and interpret store targets and implement plans to achieve them.
