We are seeking an innovative and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our dynamic team and drive revenue growth. In this role, you'll blend strategic sales leadership with creative storytelling to amplify our brand presence. Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and implementing comprehensive sales, PR, and marketing strategies across traditional and digital platforms.
* Crafting compelling social media content and managing online campaigns to enhance engagement and visibility.
* Building strong relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders to support brand and sales initiatives.
* Conducting market analysis, identifying trends, and optimizing strategies to maintain competitive positioning.
* Managing advertising, promotional activities, and annual marketing budgets.
* Mentoring and empowering sales, reservations, and business development teams to achieve their full potential.
* Collaborating on pricing, revenue management, and forecasting with hotel leadership.

Qualifications: Proven track record in hospitality sales and marketing at a leadership level, with expertise in social media, PR, and market analysis. A creative vision and strong analytical skills are essential!

Job Details:

* Full-time position on-site
* Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per annum

Qualifications:

* Strong experience or background as Director of Sales or Assistant Director of Sales, ready to take the next step.
* Understanding of marketing and e-commerce strategies to further enhance the profile of the hotel.
* Excellent knowledge of the hotel market, MICE, agencies, social media, and PR campaigns.
* Ability to drive new initiatives and campaigns in line with brand standards to maximize revenue potential.
* Confident and inspiring leadership qualities to develop the team for optimal results.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online platform systems.
* Customer-focused with attention to detail.
* Strong team player, professional, and committed.
