We have an entrepreneurial spirit where you will have the chance to build your own recruitment business within a business. This is an opportunity for a recruitment consultant with 18 months, or more experience, who wants to join a consultative and high performing company where you will get the support and development to excel your recruitment career.
This is a warm desk in an already established Tech contract market. We are hiring this role because there has been large growth of the leadership teams desks, so need an additional 360 consultant to take over part of the desk and develop off the success and make their own.
The Role:
You will be handing the entire candidate life cycle from initial contact to aftercare. Over all you will be focused on delivering timely, ongoing performance with energy, taking accountability for the right outcomes. This includes:
1. Candidate identification and interviews
2. Advising and feeding back to candidates
