About the role
Leicester Audi is currently recruiting for a Business Manager to join their growing team. As a Sytner Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department. You will be at the core of all sales enquiries and work on developing the sales team. Your role will include ensuring customers clearly understand their obligations, acting with integrity and fairness.
Sytner Business Managers work flexible schedules, often including weekends, to provide high levels of customer service.
About you
If you are a high-achieving Sales Executive, Sales Controller, or Business Manager with solid financial and commercial understanding, we would love to hear from you. You should have an outstanding work ethic, leadership qualities, and the ability to inspire colleagues to exceed their potential while driving performance in finance and add-ons. Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with teamwork experience.
Applicants must have automotive Sales Executive experience as a minimum requirement.
