Administrator/ Bookkeeper We are currently seeking an organized and efficient Nursery Administrator/ Bookkeeper to join our team at our team. As a Nursery Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth and effective operation of the nursery. Starting Salary: £30, 000- £31,000pa /annum paid holidays, excellent career progression and further training opportunities Key Responsibilities: * Handle administrative tasks including record-keeping, filing, and data entry. * Manage nursery communications, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries. * Assist with staff scheduling and attendance tracking. * Support the nursery management team with day-to-day administrative tasks. * Maintain accurate records of children’s information and attendance. * Assist in the coordination of events and activities within the nursery. * Handle financial transactions and invoices, payments using excel. Qualifications and Experience: * Previous experience in an administrative role, and accountants assistant or bookkeeping would be desirable * Strong organizational skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
