Description of the role:
* Overseeing and managing a varied caseload.
* Leading, mentoring and coaching Legal Advisors.
* Delivering team meetings, providing coaching and conducting performance reviews.
* Monitoring both team and company performance and implementing strategies.
* Building strong relationships across the business and teams.
About you:
* Experience of working within Private Client Law.
* Excellent communication skills and delivering an outstanding client service.
* Dedicated to supporting, mentoring and developing a team.
* Driven to support the team in achieving daily, monthly and yearly targets.
