We are looking for a compassionate and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join a highly supportive and inspiring special needs school in Slough. The Role
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:
* Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN
* Help manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour using positive strategies
* Build strong, trusting relationships with students
* Support pupils in developing social, emotional and communication skills
* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and therapists to deliver tailored support
* Encourage independence and confidence in students

* Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school-based experience desirable)
* A calm, patient and empathetic approach
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Ability to remain positive and resilient in challenging situations
* Team player with excellent communication skills
