Commercial Finance Manager/FP&A Analyst | Media | £55,000 to £65,000 | Bristol – Hybrid
Goodman Masson are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a global, PE-backed Media business who are looking to hire into their Bristol based Commercial finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded commercial/FP&A professional to step into a highly visible role, working closely with senior stakeholders and supporting the business through an exciting period of growth.
With significant private equity backing, the company is scaling quickly across the UK and internationally. Finance is seen as a key partner in driving performance, with the team at the heart of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and supporting investment decisions.
You’ll be providing financial analysis and insight to department heads, supporting decision-making, and helping to drive profitability. Alongside core FP&A responsibilities, you’ll also have the chance to contribute to ongoing finance transformation and improvement projects.
Build and maintain financial models to support analysis and decision-making
Partner with non-finance stakeholders, helping them understand performance and manage budgets effectively
Provide analysis for ad hoc commercial projects, scenario planning, and performance reviews
Qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA), ideally audit trained
Strong FP&A / commercial finance experience
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
Confident communicator, able to work with non-finance stakeholders and build strong relationships
Hybrid working (2 in 3 at home - offices in Bristol )
