Fine Art Shipping Coordinator

Join a specialist fine art shipping business and take responsibility for coordinating the movement of high-value artworks and design pieces. This role focuses on shipping, logistics, and delivery rather than interior design, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end execution.
What you’ll do:
* Coordinate fine art shipments, deliveries and installations
* Manage import and export movements from planning to completion
* Act as the main point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
* Liaise with warehouse, transport and packing teams
* Maintain accurate shipping paperwork and schedules
* Support planning and problem-solving across projects
What you need:
* Experience in fine art shipping, logistics or transport
* Import / export or airfreight knowledge preferred
* Strong client-facing and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Driving licence beneficial but not essential
