Switch Jam is a fast-growing B2B demand generation agency for ambitious SaaS and tech companies. We turn complex business strategies into structured, commercially focused campaigns. Our work bridges the gap between commercial content, paid media, email nurture, and clear messaging to drive client pipeline growth. We are a collaborative, delivery-focused team valuing clarity over hype and execution over theory.


We are seeking an execution-first Demand Generation Content Specialist (B2B) to drive our campaign planning and asset production. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B buyer behaviour, pain points, and decision-making, alongside a proven ability to craft direct response copy that guides prospects from first touch to meaningful sales conversations.


This is a highly focused planning and production role, not a general marketing manager position. You must be a self-starter who brings professional composure and confidence to client collaborations as well as owning rolling project schedules and managing assets from initial brief to final approval.


Key Responsibilities


1. Copywriting & Funnel Messaging

* Landing Page Copy: Structure and write clear B2B landing pages using concise copy, logical user experience (UX) wireframes, and natural message transitions.
* Direct Response Advertising: Craft distinct ad variants and retargeting copy across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google using clear hooks, sharp angles, and relevant positioning.
* Thought Leadership Frameworks: Write authoritative LinkedIn content for founders that clearly defines industry challenges and presents solutions.
* ICP Content Alignment: Adapt copywriting styles across diverse client portfolios to speak clearly to specific buyer personas, pain points, and commercial intent.



2. Visual Layout & Asset Coordination

* Creative Briefing: Formulate descriptive structural layouts and visual briefs for our internal graphic design team to bring written copy to life with the use of custom graphics.
* Cross-Functional Delivery: Collaborate directly with internal writers, web developers, and designers to deliver joined-up digital funnel assets.
* Subject Matter Interviews: Conduct and record video interviews with client executives (using tools like Zoom or Loom) to extract technical insights for case studies and email newsletters.
* Multimedia Repurposing: Structure core campaign assets so they can be easily formatted into video scripts, webinar content, and podcast outlines.
* Interactive Content Tools (Advantageous): Familiarity with, or a strong desire to learn, interactive demo and content tools (e.g., Storylane, Navattic) to build engaging, hands-on software walk-throughs for SaaS clients.



3. Campaign Planning & Content Coordination

* Rolling Plan Ownership: Establish and own the content scheduling, coordination, and delivery lifecycle once the overarching campaign strategy is agreed.
* Roadmap Management: Build and maintain 30/60/90-day campaign calendars and content pillars to preserve production momentum across multiple accounts.



4. Execution & Variation

* Asset Variation: Deliver multiple headlines, hooks, and alternative copy angles to enable the media buying team to deploy live creative split-tests.
* Agency Pipeline Delivery: Execute Switch Jam’s internal marketing content, producing the landing pages and ad copy required to drive in-house lead generation.



Essential Criteria

* B2B Experience: Minimum 2–3 years operating within a B2B SaaS, technology, or digital agency environment, with a proven track record of executing campaigns independently.
* Conversion-Focused Literacy: A clean portfolio demonstrating clear, action-driven ad copy, short-form scripts, and structured landing page layouts.
* Stakeholder Management: The communication skills and commercial acumen required to manage client feedback, challenge ideas constructively, and support smooth approval.
* Technical Agility: Comfort working in Figma or Canva to make quick text edits and generate ad variations, combined with strong project management platform experience (Asana preferred).

Desirable Attributes

* Familiarity with B2B marketing automation stacks (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Instantly, or WordPress).
* Prior exposure to webinar content, podcast asset structuring, or short-form video clipping.


Performance Indicators (What Success Looks Like)



* Autonomous Delivery: Campaign assets move fluidly from raw brief to live deployment without requiring micro-management from leadership.
* Commercial Impact: Landing pages and ad copy communicate complex tech features using concise copy that clearly articulates the value proposition and encourages action.
* Production Efficiency: Structural layout briefs are detailed enough to eliminate internal creative bottlenecks and minimise revision loops.
* Operational Clarity: Client campaigns run on highly organised rolling schedules, keeping internal creative teams aligned and clients fully informed.
