Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the English department by helping with lesson planning and classroom exercises.
2. Help kids with understanding, writing, and reading assignments.
3. Offer focused interventions to students who require more help.
4. Encourage pupils' passion for books and English.
5. Assist in preserving an upbeat and stimulating learning atmosphere.
Requirements:
1. Eligibility to work in the UK.
2. An enhanced DBS on the updated or willingness to obtain a new one.
3. Must provide 2 professional references.
4. A qualified English teacher (QTS/QTLS).
5. Experience teaching English at the secondary level.
6. A passion for fostering a love of reading, writing, and critical thinking.
7. Strong classroom management and lesson-planning skills.
8. The ability to challenge and inspire students of all abilities.
