What you will be doing:

* Working closely with individual SEND children or small groups, offering targeted support.

* Helping children develop their communication, social, and fine‑motor skills through creative play and hands‑on activities.
* Creating a safe, encouraging space where every child feels valued and included.
About you:
* Recent sociology graduate or soon‑to‑be graduate with a passion for working with young children.
* Patient, empathetic, and ready to make a difference in the lives of young learners.
* Great communication skills and a natural ability to connect with children.
* Willing to get stuck in, learn on the job, and bring energy to every day.
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
