Practice Nurse

About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join a friendly, supportive GP practice team. The role will involve working closely with GPs, other nurses, healthcare assistants, and administrative staff to deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general nursing care, treatment, and support to patients.
* Carry out health screenings, immunisations, vaccinations, and wound management.
* Manage and review patients with long-term conditions such as diabetes, asthma, COPD, and hypertension.
* Support the delivery of health promotion and disease prevention initiatives.
* Assist with cervical cytology, family planning, and travel health services.
* Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient care.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
