* Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 2:30pm

Start Date: JunePay £13.04 per hour plus holiday payJob Overview: To provide efficient reception and administrative support to an organisation’s Landscaping Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This role acts as a first point of contact for visitors, landscapers, suppliers and customers, supporting job allocation and administrative processes.Key Responsibilities:
* Reception & Front-of-House
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors, landscapers and delivery drivers
* Receive and process deliveries, ensuring correct routing and record-keeping
* Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area
* Administration & Team Support
* Allocate and coordinate daily job tasks for landscapers, as directed by management
* Scan and process weekly timesheets accurately and on time
* Manage incoming and outgoing emails, responding to routine queries where appropriate
* Handle telephone queries, directing calls and passing on messages efficiently
* Provide general administrative support to the Landscaping Team as required
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an administrative or reception-based role
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Competent IT skills, including email, scanning and basic office systems
* Desirable
* Experience working within a facilities, construction or landscaping environment
* Experience coordinating workloads or job allocations
