We’re excited to be working with a high-growth media company to find a visionary Head of Social - a strategic, creative, and data-driven leader who can take the brand’s digital presence to the next level.
In this role, you’ll lead the social strategy across multiple platforms, bridging B2B and D2C audiences, while driving engagement, elevating brand positioning, and unlocking new growth opportunities across global markets.
Your Role at a Glance:
📈 Strategic Leadership
* Define and execute a high-impact social media strategy that enhances brand visibility and audience engagement
* Stay ahead of industry trends, platform shifts, and digital innovations to keep the brand at the forefront
🎯 Content & Campaign Oversight
* Lead the development of compelling, on-brand content across platforms
* Build and manage a cross-channel calendar that integrates campaigns, launches, and major events
* Collaborate closely with PR and Partnerships to amplify key moments and drive conversation
* Tailor content strategies for UK and US markets, spotlighting global success stories
💰 Growth & Revenue Enablement
* Drive growth through both organic and paid social initiatives
* Partner with marketing, email, and performance teams to ensure integrated campaign execution
👥 Team Leadership & Mentorship
* Lead a high-performing team of social media professionals
* Cultivate a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration
What You Bring:
✔ A proven track record in scaling social media for high-growth brands (media, digital, or content-driven sectors preferred)
✔ Deep understanding of organic, paid, and influencer strategies across all major platforms
✔ Experience with cross-market campaigns (especially UK + US)
✔ Strong analytical skills and fluency with performance tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
✔ Ability to lead and mentor diverse, high-performing teams
✔ Established network within the social and media ecosystem
✔ Familiarity with brand safety, compliance, and platform-specific regulations
