Richard Irvin an RSK Group company are recruiting for a Service Delivery Supervisor to join the team based in Lossiemouth, Scotland. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities:
Supervise the day to day delivery of hard FM services across the contract ensuring compliance with MOD, JSP and site specific requirements
Oversee the planning, scheduling and completion of SFG20 compliant PPM activities, ensuring all tasks are delivered safely, on time and to the required standard
Manage and coordinate reactive maintenance activities, prioritising works in line with contractual response times and operational criticality
Oversee remedial works arising from PPM inspections, audits and reactive tasks, ensuring accurate scoping, quotation support and timely completion
Demonstrable experience supervising projects/teams within a facilities management or construction environment.
Strong understanding of health and safety legislation, risk assessment and control measures.
Commercially astute with experience in pricing and managing budgets.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience of MOD or other highly regulated environments is desirable.
