As a Family Support Worker (Nights), youll play a vital role in supporting families placed for assessment. Youll provide consistent care, guidance and encouragement while observing, monitoring and recording interactions to ensure the safety, wellbeing and progress of parents and children.
Youll work hands-on with parents, babies and toddlers, helping families recognise their strengths, meet their own needs and develop the skills to care for their children confidently within a residential or community setting. As a key member of the team, you will also contribute to the smooth running of the centre.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Confident reading and writing English and following instructions
IT literate
Flexible and able to work a range of shifts
Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care desirable willingness to work towards it essential
Experience supporting vulnerable children and adults desirable, but full training provided
?? Please note: This role is heavily hands-on with babies and toddlers, so applicants must have relevant childcare experience. A driving licence is preferred.
