Driving Range Assistant (part time) - Woking
The Driving Range Assistant provides the first point of contact for members and visitors to our Driving Range, as such the role is instrumental in delivering a memorable experience, both in terms of presentation standards, and the welcome our guests receive.

We're looking for a part time Driving Range Assistant to join us on a casual contract, to offer additional support across our busy evenings and weekends.
What you'll be doing:
* Deliver outstanding service at the bar and with table service to range bays
* Welcome guests to our driving range at the range reception
* Support customers with Trackman technology - offering advice and troubleshooting when needed
* Ensure the safety of all guests using the driving range and compliance with range ball policies
* Monitor and maintain top-quality hire clubs and range balls - removing any damaged equipment
* Open and close the driving range with professionalism and care
* Uphold and enforce BGL's company policies and procedures, including food hygiene, alcohol service, stock control, and health & safety
* Keep the range and facilities spotless, welcoming, and in top condition
* Collaborate with your team to quickly resolve any operational issues
* Report any maintenance concerns promptly
* Take on any additional duties as requested by management
About you:
* Over 18 years of age (essential due to the sale of alcohol)
* Energetic and enthusiastic with a proactive mindset
* A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
* Team player who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves
* Tech-savvy and happy to guide customers through our Trackman system
* Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times
