Nursery Manager Full Time
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead a nursery setting based in E6.
Role Details
* Permanent, full-time position
* 40 hours per week
* Salary: £40,000 £45,000 per annum(dependent on experience)
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care, education, safeguarding, and operational management are maintained at all times.
Requirements
* Previous Nursery Management experience
* Full and relevant Early Years qualification
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and nursery compliance
* Passionate about delivering outstanding childcare and supporting staff development
