As the Technical Operator, you will set up and operate high-speed packaging equipment to produce quality products according to customer specifications and regulatory requirements. Ensure safe working practices throughout all areas of production.

Responsibilities
* Set up and operate high-speed packaging lines, ensuring product quality and compliance with relevant regulations.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with GMP.
* Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or process issues to minimize downtime.
* Monitor product quality and adjust as needed to meet standards.
* Ensure machinery is properly maintained and serviced regularly.
* Collaborate with other operators and technicians to optimise line performance.
* Adhere to safety protocols to promote a safe shop floor environment.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency or reduce waste.
* Comply with regulations and procedures related to food safety and hygiene where applicable.
* Work effectively within a team to support operational success.
About You / Qualifications
* Experience operating high-speed packaging equipment in a manufacturing setting is advantageous.
* Knowledge of GMP and Food Safety regulations.
* Familiarity with troubleshooting packaging equipment.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high product quality.
* Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Excellent communication skills to coordinate with colleagues.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
* Commitment to safety standards and promoting a safe work culture.
* Basic computer skills and ability to use relevant software.

* Shift pattern: 11pm–11am with a 48% shift premium on top of base salary.
