As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will drive the internal recruitment strategy, ensuring they attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent. You will work closely with stakeholders to shape hiring plans, implement recruitment best practices, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
Talent Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy that supports business growth.
End-to-End Hiring: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Employer Branding: Strengthen our employer brand, showcasing our company culture and career opportunities.
Utilize proactive sourcing techniques to build strong talent pipelines.
Diversity & Inclusion: Implement inclusive recruitment practices that foster a diverse workplace.
Partner with leadership and hiring managers to align recruitment with business needs.
Data & Insights: Track hiring metrics, providing analysis to optimize recruitment performance.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or Senior Recruiter, preferably within the recruitment sector.
