SPANISH MFL TEACHER Location: Aylesbury Start: September 2026 Full Time: Temporary to Permanent Salary: £29,344–£44,919 At the beginning, students translate everything. They pause before every answer, piecing sentences together word by word. Over time, something changes. They respond without hesitation. They recognise patterns instead of memorising phrases. That shift is what this role is about. As a Secondary Spanish Teacher, you will teach KS3 and KS4 students how to communicate confidently and accurately. Your lessons will focus on building strong foundations in vocabulary, grammar, and sentence structure, while developing the confidence to speak and respond in real time.
