Key Responsibilities
* Run end-to-end payroll processes for multiple countries (focus on Finland and Sweden).
* Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure data accuracy and legal compliance.
* Resolve payroll discrepancies by investigating inconsistencies and liaising with stakeholders.
* Process benefits, pensions, and leave adjustments in a timely manner.
* Ensure timely submissions of payroll reports and statutory filings.
