MAN Commercial Protection are looking for a Corporate Security Officer to work across our 2 sites in Solihull.
Shift pattern: average of 56 hours per week working a mixture of days nights and weekends.
Payrate: £12.60ph
Main Duties:
* Managing a Reception area with a friendly and professional approach
* Managing building access control for employees, visitors and contractors.
* Responding to customer requests and queries
* Good telephone manner
* Computer Literate for word programs, email and access systems
* Ensuring that the client's requirements are met
* Write accurate incident reports in a timely manner
* Fire, security and building systems monitoring.
* Check alarms and log information
* Respond to and deal with all site incidents and emergencies
* Patrolling of premises to include safety /fire door checks
* Monitor internal CCTV systems as required
* Maintaining records including incident reports using computer- and paper-based systems.
* The ability to work independently
The ideal candidate must have:
* You must be able to work on your own initiative
* Full 5-year checkable work/education history
* You MUST hold a valid SIA SG licence
