Job Description:
The role of Order Processor is to ensure all orders are entered onto the system on the correct day, adhering to cut off times and to accurately match the order that has been placed. The order processor is also responsible for ensuring the correct surcharges are applied to orders and that order caps are adhered to.
Key Accountabilities:
* Liaise with Customers, the Sales Team, and all internal personnel relating to order related matters.
* Process all sales orders to expected deadlines including special orders.
* Process all standard marketing orders including related purchase orders, progress and dispatch of sales orders to affect invoicing in a timely manner.
* Manage all day-to-day administration tasks relating to the archiving of sales orders for BSI and auditing purposes.
* Assist the Customer Service team when required to process quality and service-related disputes to a satisfactory conclusion, including liaising with all relevant personnel. Maintain customer records for all complaints.
* Produce reports as necessary or when requested to do so.
* Assume responsibility for various tasks as required and attend meetings as necessary.
* Work as part of a team and contribute to positive change including system and procedure changes.
Key Experiences and Skills Required:
* Competent with FDS/ Window Designer
* Good level of numeracy
