About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead a high-performing new car sales team within a fast-paced, premium retail environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven automotive Sales Manager to take ownership of performance, develop a successful team, and deliver a first-class customer experience. You’ll be working within a well-established business that provides strong operational support, consistent stock availability, and clear processes to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Executives
* Drive sales performance, profitability, and achievement of KPIs
* Manage stock levels, pricing, and margins effectively
* Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and sales processes
* Coach and mentor team members to build capability and confidence
* Work closely with senior leadership on business strategy and performance improvement
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in an automotive Sales Manager role
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Commercial awareness with the ability to drive profitability
* A customer-focused and results-driven mindset
* Good understanding of compliance and FCA requirements
* Full UK driving licence
