The Role
Based in Milton Keynes (on-site), the role involves monitoring client accounts, allocating funds, processing payments, verifying transactions, and ensuring financial accuracy. The position offers up to £40,000 DOE, benefits including healthcare, birthday off, Christmas closure, and opportunities for internal promotion and growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor client accounts and allocate received funds appropriately.
* Process time-sensitive payments accurately and promptly.
* Flag and escalate issues with completion or unallocated funds.
* Ensure client accounts do not go into debit and verify billable items.
* Reconcile transactions in Xero and monitor post-completion payments.
* Review account balances regularly and report write-offs.
Candidate Profile
* Experience in a similar role for 24+ months preferred.
* High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently.
* Prior experience with Xero is advantageous.
* Finance qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
