As a Junior Sous Chef, you will work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure the efficient and profitable operation of our kitchen department. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work within required deadlines will be vital in maintaining our company standards and delivering innovative and delectable cuisine.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
* Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety, adhering to all relevant regulations.
* Support the development and training of kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Assist with inventory management and ordering to ensure efficient stock control and minimise wastage.
